SP5 Super Safety Won't Run

So I have been testing my SP5 in super safe and I can't get the thing to run. It wont eject the cases and the spent case stays in the gun and then feeds a live and jams up.

I am using a lee sporting lower with standard milspec stuff, hoffman spec SS, a metal slip trip and a buffer on the spring.

What I've done:

The gun has been cleaned thoroughly and I installed a new extractor spring as well since I was having the same failures with my standard pack.

I have gone in and used my other buffer and cut it down to see if the gun was short stroking and not getting enough bolt movement.

I tried a plastic slip trip which failed.

The ejector does not sit below the bolt I checked.

I did run my suppressor and it did run suppressed, so this leads me to believe that the the issue is the carrier weight or too much force required to reset the AR hammer in rapid succession.

So what else should I do? I have a lightened AR hammer spring, would that help? I think I am losing my mind trying to get this thing to run.
