Why only Firefox scrolls smoothly with a mouse?

I'm currently using MOS for smooth scrolling + Logi Options +, for my Logitech Lift.

Since the day i got a Mac mini M2, i found out that scrolling on most website is not buttery smooth with Safari, Chrome, even Edge when using my mouse. I have some choppiness.

But, when i use the magic trackpad, it's buttery smooth with these browsers when i scroll.

However, on Firefox, it's buttery smooth with the trackpad AND ALSO with the mouse.

I tried other 3rd party mouse software, same result (Smooze, SteerMouse, Magic mouse fix, etc...).

What's different in Firefox to be able to scroll smoothly with a mouse, and not with the other browsers? Is it a Mac thing?

I noticed that Safari-Chrome-Edge can scroll buttery smooth a webpage with a mouse when i already scrolled from top to bottom, or on very light websites.

EDIT : also the Infuse app, smooth scrolling when using trackpad, choppy when using the mouse.
