Is there a reason Mafex hasn't made any other artists interpretations of classic suit Spider-Man?

I'm pretty new to Mafex and I know they don't release a lot of figures but I was just curious why they'd never put out another version of Spidey? I assume it's mostly down to not wanting to repeat characters so they can deliver new characters to the line.
