I can’t subscribe and I can’t contact the support. Game over?

If I try subscribing with the deluxe plan from my iPhone I see a short loading animation and then nothing happens (note that in the past I never had issues). I can subscribe to the standard plan without any problems instead (but I need the deluxe).

I contacted the support by creating a “case” as they tell you to do. The reply is an email that says “a new message for your case”. To read this message I need to “sign in”. In what? I wasn’t sure if I even gave them an email or something when making the account and there is no way to retrieve it.

So I tried making a new account: the verification email never arrives.

I told them again but the answer to the case is the automatic message that asks me to login in in their platform (owl something) to read the actual answer.

Game over?
