Will I get 7+ gpa in first semester?

I'm having 30/50 avg in all subjects in internals and in endsem again 25-30/50 but but I'm getting very good marks in lab subjects and workshop? Is it possible to get 7+ gpa in first semester? Will relative grading save me or does this grading system screw up individuals like me 🥲 It's making me a bit anxious because I feel like due to relative grading, my semester 1 GPA may not even touch 7.
