Most evil M-Canon villain? (SEE DESCRIPTION)

According to the Villains Wiki, six Mario villains featured in games directly produced by Shigeru Miyamoto (or as I call it, the "M-Canon") qualify as being "Pure Evil" or "Near Pure Evil."
