how to tell when it’s time to change alliances

for context i’m level 100, with a tcp of 35 mil. i got big boy apoc super skrull and others to gear 18 but no gear 19’s. my issue is ever since around thanksgiving, the participation in my alliance has dramatically dropped off. we’ve dropped over 100 trophies in alliance war and our raid participation is minimal. we’re lucky to get 50k alliance war points now and we used to do some spotlight raids but now we only do greek iv and doom ii. while i’m not trying to say im too good for my alliance now, i feel like im too committed to my alliance now. while i’m certainly a casual player it just feels like my alliance isnt doing anything richt now. i’ve had conversations with some people in the alliance and they agree we should recruit more but no changes has been made

i was wondering if yall think i should look for a different alliance. id still probably play more casual but it just feels like my alliance all the sudden isnt doing ANYTHING. its gotten to the point where the game is recommending new alliances to me (not sure if this is a new feature or not, but ive never seen it before). i feel a little guilty leaving, but like i said its been over a month and its honestly making me not really want to play the game as much. thanks for any advice!

UPDATE: i didn’t realize that basically all of the leadership of the alliance left, so its officially dead but i found a new one to try. thank you to everyone who helped and offered me a spot in their alliance! it was really appreciated
