Can’t find a job. Life sci.

Why is it so hard to find a job. Like I applied in March for summer jobs. I did not get any responses. I applied to research, summer camps, the zoo, cafes, retail. Today I printed out my resumes and I went around the mall and asked if they were hiring. They all said no and apply online. Like I want to cry. I need to pay for my tuition. I even tried McDonald’s and got rejected. Am I doing something wrong. Am I the problem?
