meato for easier sounding, 2nd cut tonight just putting this out there.

I've made 2 cuts so far in two different sessions. i jumped from sounding where a 10mm was difficult to insert to 11mm can pop in and out after I healed from the first session. first cut with with a scalpel. second cut was with surgical scissors. the scissors worked well! no pain and cut through fast.

2nd cut- just cut a bit more tonight. this was to even up the hole a bit. i do hope i can fit a larger sound too.

i'm cutting small bits as i don't want to go to far. i want to look like nothing has been done but have a really large opening. i also don't want to lose the utility of standing up to pee. so taking it slow.
