Car gets dashboard light, but won’t start.

My 2015 Hyundai Elantra decided to not start today. I cleaned the battery terminals and tried to jumpstart it, but it didn’t work. I think the battery is fine. It might be the starter. What are my options now. Do I have to get it towed or is there anything I can do myself to get it to the mechanic shop at least?
