Is leaving a small, but growing company worth it for Amazon?

I24M Here. Finished at a small school with BSME (Mechanical Engineering) and started my career at an engineering firm that has treated me extremely well for the last 2 years. I am a controls engineer, however my current position allows me to sell myself and develop some new for the buisness long term.

All in all things are up and up , the company has grown from roughly 150 to now about 200 employees since I've joined. Things seem bright for the future, and I have been really able to set myself apart from a lot of the current engineers. I do believe as the company grows I can be one of the leaders and have a large influence on the success long term. They do not currently offer any stock purchases or incentives. It is very unique, and I essentially already mange myself, don't have any bosses, don't do reviews, etc.

As part as some of the recent work I have been doing, I've been spending a lot of time at Amazon sites around the country and met a lot of higher ups. They have seriously approached me with a position; and now I am wondering if this is a better long term play to open more opportunities later in my career. Short term I don't believe the money aspect will be much different but long term I believe Amazon would likely come out on top, but it is hard to tell due to my current company still being relatively small.

TLDR; Currently work at a small, growing company, could potentially have a large impact of future success; debating leaving for Amazon and wondering if this might be a better long term play.
