Impressed with candor/ solo 2 vape tips?

Hey guys just wanted to share my experience. I had a consultation with the dr last Tuesday afternoon and despite going through Dukasa compounding for my first order have received my medication today. So in total it took 6 days from time of consultation to having medication at my door. Pretty impressed so far. I am switching from a good old bong to the solo 2 vape. Mainly for lung health and hoping to not go throigh as much flower. A bit nervous about the transition because I have been a bong girl for almost 20 years lol. I have done a fair bit or research so i found my first hit quite pleasant and enjoyed the effects but if anyone has any tips I'd love to hear them!
