Which THC flower would you recommend to help fall asleep? One that has the best sedative effect?

I'm still new to the game, so I hope someone on here with a good knowledge of the available flower in this country can give me some insight.

When I lay down to go to sleep, I can be lying there for well over an hour or two, my mind racing with the days events, random scenarios or songs playing in my head. I can also be very tired and yet still, take up to a couple of hours to fall asleep. I need something that shuts my mind off with a strong sedative-like effect. I don't have any issues staying asleep.

I was given a script for Cumulus T17, but I couldn't find a balance that would give me the effect I wanted (and I'm not a fan of the taste). It was either little effect, like a light-headedness or I just ended up getting high, so can't sleep haha.

I am waiting on an order for Symetis T17, which I hear might be more what I'm looking for, as supposedly myrcene has been known to have a sedative effect?
