Vaping more than prescribed 😬

Hey guys so I got my my first script a week and a half ago for anxiety and back pain they prescribed me cumulus t17 So it’s working bloody great but I’m vaping more than I’m supposed to They have said 0.10g 4 times a day But I’m vaping a full oven full on a Xmax pro v3 I don’t have scales to measure my dose and I’m dosing about 4-6 times a day I’m almost out of my 10g already Am I going to get “told off” for having bigger/more dose’s or when I have my follow up do I just let them know I’m dosing more than prescribed? I’m more worried they are going to look at me funny
