Grinders

Need some help folks. Anyone that has a mill type grinder like a Grineroo, can you please have a go at it one handed. I can only use one arm and want to gauge how hard/easy they are before laying out money. Tips: I sometimes hold things between my knees or push containers down on non slip mats to essentially hold it still. Cheers all
