Nexplanon implant rejection

Had a nexplanon implant and my skin blew up into a hemotoma and red skin . Took antibiotics and removed nexplanon 1 and a half weeks later the pain is intense, it has been from the beginning but it shouldn’t be this bad for a little scab. Now the black scab is getting red around it again and it feels like the skin is cracking.
