Vaginal atrophy--nothing working

Hi all

I've been struggling with VA for 6 years since my hysterectomy (retained ovaries). I'm 47 now. I've tried everything. Now on 2 pumps oestrogel, vagifem twice weekly and estriol cream every night, plus moistruriser daily. I'm just as sore and itchy as ever.

the only thing that ever worked was the addition of androfeme (testosterone). But it made me crazy (panic, anxiety, suicidal ideation). VA was totally gone though!

I'm in the UK and low-dose testosterone/estradiol cream isn't available. I'm thinking of diluting a drop of androfeme with moisturiser and using that once a night on my vulva and clitoris and vaginal opening.

Anyone done this? Or have any thoughts on something new to try?
