How does Google Meet work on Meta Quest?

I searched everywhere to find a video of someone on google meet on vr, but couldn't find it. Does it work well? I am a teacher and I use google meet everyday and would like to know how it works and if my students will see me somehow, even though they're not on a Meta Quest too.
