lymph nodes vs Submandibular glands

I have 2 lumps under my jaw , not sure what this could be , I had this since a lil boy , people have said it’s for slavia??? It doesn’t hurt it’s been the same size , feels kinda hard , I can only move it left to right , anyone have this too.?
