Job Title/raise?

For those who know more about the stores and the hierarchy of the stores, if you are a framer and job title was changed to a framer, then got a 1 dollar raise from minimum wage, shouldn't we keep that 1 dollar raise even when the new minimum raise rolls around (so I should be getting 16 and hour). I get paid 15 an hour like everyone else, but I get scheduled to do framing, floor, cashier, bopis, sometimes replenishment.
