PTO Payout State

So I live in a PTO payout state, by law Michael's has to pay me for any remaining PTO I had when I left at the beginning of June. I am still fighting with them to get it and honestly considering filing a report with the Department of Labor and Training in my state because they are in direct violation of state law. Anybody else have a similar experience when quitting? My states law says I was supposed to get paid for any remaining PTO on my last paycheck or two weeks after. My last paycheck was 6/17/22 😕 this is a bunch of BS. Can't believe I expected any differently from this company.
