Edit to add: emailed CRA this morning at open, about two hours later i received word that this isn't the first person they "forgot" to release. Thank you to the other poor souls Urb has screwed over offering help in the comments, yall had me rolling.

BUDTENDERS! Please please please avoid all Urb establishments! Not only did they almost refuse my last check, now it's 3 months later and I've secured a new job. They tell me I have to call Urb and have them drop my metrc/facility number, as you can only work at one dispensary at a time, and Urb for some reason had not dropped mine. I called twice today, 4 hours apart, as I am supposed to start a new job soon. The second time I called, I was SCREAMED at by a male manager and told I didn't have a facility number, and I was to no longer call Urb Cannabis and they can't help me, so stop holding up their phone lines. I was interrupted and berated because my money has now been messed with a second time.

Just a heads up. Don't work for Urb.
