Minecraft server hardware advice.

I am planning to make a 1.7.10 Minecraft server with Decimation Modpack. I'm not expecting more than 50 players at any given time. Will a Ryzen 3 3200g with 16GB DDR4 be enough?? The server will have a custom world so no new generations will occur. Is the Ryzen 3 3200g a good option??
