Ryzen 5 2600x or Xeon E5-2640v4

I currently have a server with a Ryzen 5 2600x with 64gb of ram, running a few servers for myself and some friends. I know Minecraft is very single core performance bound and was wondering if it was worth it to buy a Cisco UCSC-C220-M4S 1U SERVER with 128gb of memory and 2x E5-2640v4 from a friend for about 200USD. It would be hosting a few other VMS but mostly would be running Minecraft servers.
