Thoughts on these neighborhoods for a couple of mid-30's transplants - would you add or remove any?

Hi everyone! First of all this sub has been so incredibly kind and informative. I really appreciate your thoughtful responses.

I've recently accepted a job with the U and will be moving from a major city in the midsouth with my partner in the next few months. We're looking to buy a house and plan on taking at least one more trip to drive around and get a feel for the areas we might want to live.

Our budget is around $550k to buy, looking for a single family home with a bit of a yard for gardening and dogs. We'd ideally love to be in a neighborhood with sidewalks that's walkable to a couple restaurants and a small grocery and within a mile of a large wooded park or lake trail would be great. We really want a sense of community with neighbors and we definitely prioritize diversity.

Here are some neighborhoods I jotted down from searching online. Is there anything you'd add or remove? Or certain pockets within these areas you'd recommend? We don't have any family or friends up there so we really appreciate any insight. Thank you!!
