Local Cannabis Cart

I bought this card from the dispensary. It is the Local Cannabis RS-11 FSO 510 Cart. It is entirely clear except for the top where it has mild oxidizing. It is harsh and doesn't really taste like weed. Is this some nonsense or is it trustworthy? Is it because it is just delta- 9 distillate?
