Luddite looking for buying advice.
Hi folks, I'm looking to buy two retro grey Miyoo Mini V4s to gift, & want them ready to go fully set up, user friendly with maximum games, bells & whistles straight out the box etc...
Don't know much about this stuff, as like said am somewhat of a luddite (posting on reddit here & there on a work laptop is about as advanced as I get; don't even own a personal computing device of any sort nor even a mobile phone; seriously I'm landline people) & this all beyond me. Have done some basic research (basically discovered Techdweeb's vids!) & V4 seems the most perfect tiny gameboy we could have dreamed of back in the day. Just want to be able to pass on to some fellow Gen X'ers so we can blow our schoolyard minds & relive our '80s/90s retro gaming youth in all its glory in one user friendly device, as well as exploring all the old 16 & 32 bit games we missed without much hassle. Not fussed about more advanced systems as mostly fell out of gaming before this millenium. V4 seems to tick all boxes.
Considering pulling the trigger on site litnxt as seems reliable to me & liking the look of two grey V4s with 256GB cards... as like said want maximum set up & experience ready to go.
But the price of those, with their offered 12% discount comes to approx £168 pounds, or $205 dollars on their website. I'm in the UK (free shipping in the cost at least)...
Question is: Can I do better??? Seriously trying to save cash, & I see these things reputedly cheap & going way less on AliExpress etc (never even thought of using them for anything previously), so don't know if a good deal (like said, set up of the device beyond me) or if I'm just paying through the nose if going for the litnxt offer????
