Feeling so overwhelmed by looking for a larger car seat for daughter

I know I’m totally overthinking this but I don’t know where to start… there are so many different brands without even considering all the different car seats within a brand. First I thought we’d go to babies r us, basically the only “baby” store in the area and Walmart because we shop there all the time.. take pictures of all the car seats then price comparing them all using google but the price difference between brands and specific seats is insane.. which got me thinking how babies r us is full of overpriced everything so maybe I shouldn’t include the ones from babies r us which lead me to thinking I’ll google best car seats but thought well these list are likely just paid to include certain car seats…. There are just soo many different car seats… arg I just want a car seat that’s safe not too fat and I’d prefer it has no cup holders (they just catch so much dirt) but removable would be fine I guess
