Is this a hard card to get?

I'm down to my last two stickers and and I'm not sure which one is harder to get. I need a 5 star and a 4 star but I've never actually seen anyone talk about this 4 star sticker so I'm thinking I will probably choose it for a wild sticker card when the time comes, as it seems its harder to get. Thoughts?
