Rant.... tokens

So I can buy extra tokens for peg-e once.... but another account can buy it twice. How is this fair? Mogo said it's a random generator that chooses what other accounts get. This account gets blue or purple packs in the middle, mine gets green or cash 😭😭😭 I don't see how it's fair at all that some accounts get blue and purple packs in the middle but others don't. This game should be giving everyone the same offers in the middle of peg-e, and being able to buy more tokens if you're so close to the end.
