How can I fix her??

I brought her when I was a child and I am getting into collecting Monster High dolls again, this one is the only one I kept from my childhood collection (sobbing I literally had OG Draculaura, Abby, Frankie, Lagoona, operatta and sold them all together for 20€ years ago😭)

I did keep that one and I wonder how I can save her??? Her hair is super sticky, her skirt keeps doing a mess
