Constant Stuttering Issues on Raspberry Pi 4

Hello,

I am launching moonlight from kodi on a Raspberry Pi 4 (2GB) running libreelec with a wired connection. My PC is running gamestream with a wired connection as well. All devices are set to 60 fps/hz.

When launching steam on moonlight there is stuttering every few seconds and changing bitrate has no effect.

Here is the specs for my PC:

• Intel Pentium G4560
• 16gb RAM
• GTX 1060

I have tried everything in this guide but have not had any luck. Thanks!
