Restore magica?

I read there is no vanilla enchants on that? No drain no restore enchants you can make yourself? I know about mace of molag but I am not into carrying 45 weaight mace and raising bling just for it. I play atronach. I know about ancestor ghost and shrines but do I rly need to do them all game? I also heard with alchemy you can break game into having infinite mana or drain your own intelligence. Any like less broken way that doesn't require to carry 50 potions or mace that gives only 30 mana per hit?
