Is The Virtuous Cycle on Xbox?

I'm playing Mortal Shell through Game Pass on my pc. It is the Enhanced Edition but I can't see anything hinting towards it including TVC with it.

I've looked for it on Xbox and the Microsoft Store but can't find even a mention of it anywhere.
