What happens if I just skip a week?
So I took my 4th 2.5mg shot today. I’ve been on it for 3 weeks at this time and I’ve gone from 210 to 189 (5’9 male). My goal weight is 169-175 or so, but I didn’t want to reach that until maybe a year from now with the idea that slow is more healthy. I’m worried that at the rate I’m losing weight it is too fast. I was objectively obese, but I also have always lifted a lot and regularly grapple with violent patients at work so my weight was in some cases an asset. I was hoping to lose it slowly and compensate for my weight with more strength, but I feel weaker and my bench is reducing.
Can I just skip a week so I can eat a bit more and get my weight back up before I lose more? I guess I’m worried at this rate I’ll feel too light and weak to effectively do my job. I’ve been forcing myself to eat as much as I possibly can, but the weight is still coming off.
