Exercises for low pressure on joints
I’m looking for some exercise options that won’t put a ton of pressure on my joints. I’m so heavy that even doing stuff around the house like cleaning ends up being too much on my body and I’m so sore later I have a hard time walking. I love swimming and am going to start again, but I know it may not burn as many calories as other exercises. Can someone suggest exercises to keep the pressure off my joints while I’m losing? TYIA
