Suburbs Within 30 to 40 mins of LA, 700k Budget

Our household income is 200k. We have visited LA metro severally and absolutely love the vibes and energy there. We also love closeness to Vegas. We don't like condos. Prefer single family home 4beds for a family of 4 including 2 kids under 5. We don't want our mortgage to be above 5k monthly. I will greatly appreciate best suburbs suggestions
