A friend of mine just said he thinks im only trans because of a porn addiction

One of my few friends just told me he thinks i am trans because my brain has been melted by porn. I do watch porn but im not an addict. Now im doubting myself and feeling pretty dysphoric. What if he is right what if im not actually trans or only trans because pf the porn i watched. Early on in my questioning i did think briefly i might be brainwashed by porn but even when not horny i felt like i still wanted to be a girl. Is it possible for ur gender to change because of porn?
