Having sex?

Hi, i am thinking about getting hrt (E) and i heard that it lowers your libido which isnt really bad, the only problem is i dont plan getting bottom surgery in LOOONG time so the problem is that i saw that E like 1.disable your balls 2.having BIG problem with erexction Sooo.... Is it possible to have sex on hrt without bottom surgery? (Tbh i dont even know if i ever will sleep with someone bc i hate having a penis 😭😭😭)
