“Song Club” recs for kids?

My kids (ages 8 and 10) are blessedly leaving the "Baby Shark" phase and finally getting into good music!

I’m looking for ways to nurture their interest and decided to start a "Song Club" -- essentially, a book club but for songs. My neurospicy eldest seems to really sit with the lyrics, searching for meaning behind them. So for the Song Club, we'll listen to a song, read the lyrics, discuss our interpretations, and, where possible, read about the songwriter's process/story behind the song. Hopefully, this becomes a jumping off point for some creative songwriting of their own.

Now the ask: I'm looking for songs that might cover any of the following themes: belonging, adventure, queer joy, connection to nature, feeling different, existentialism, non-romantic love (not against romance, just feels like we get a LOT of love stories/heartbreak already served to us, especially of the hetero variety). I'm ok with swear words but not slurs and would like to avoid any explicit references of drugs, sex, or violence.

To give you an idea of the style of music they gravitate toward, here are their current favorite tracks: Pink Pony Club (Chappel Roan), Stick Season (Noah Kahan), Rip Tide (Vance Joy), Austin (Dasha), Slow it Down (Benson Boone), I Will Survive (the cover, by Cake).
