How much quran do you read?

Asalamu alaykum wa rahmatulli wa barakatuh,

Alhamdulillah I just wanted to ask because me and my colleague were asking how much quran we read each day.

I start as I mean to go on but then sometimes with night shifts (working in surgery) or on calls I end up falling out of habit. Do you find this as well?

If you have a regular quran habit and have been consistent a long time I'd really appreciate any advice jazakallah Khair
