Monoma's Copy quirk had so much potential and could have possibly be made into a plot hole. We all know that he can copy the core nature of any quirk, this means that any quirks that accumulate energy or fuel, he essentially cannot use RIGHT A WAY!! the explanation that was given in the Anime was with Fat Gum's quirk, fat absorption, since Monoma did not have enough fat he cannot use the quirk. What most people forget about this explanation is that he still can use the quirk if he has the fuel, which explains how he can use Bakugo's quick which needs sweat. This also means he can use OFA original function to give his quirk to someone else which would have ultimately two outcomes: 1. After the timer is up, he gets his quirk back, and their might be some physical drawback to the people that he has given the quirk to 2. He loses his quirk but creates a new second OFA that also has the copy quirk
