No ignition lights

So I finished everything, done all the wiring and everything is connected correctly(with new battery), I put petrol on, now to start with there was lights on the ignition and was trying to start, gave it about 20 seconds but didn’t turn over, so I tried to do it again and upon doing so there was just no power…so I just don’t know what to do now

There was also a fuel leak as I forgot to tighten the one 12mm bolt/nut but I doubt that would be anything to do with power

EDIT: fucking spark plugs!! Completely forgot to put spark plugs in, now going to wait for the battery to charge after it drained while trying to turn over, at least I can actually go and make some money now I guess to pay my phone bill
