Need advice on these two builds

I need advice on which builds to go too as I already wasted like 100 dollars on 2 builds previously and its not bad but it I didn't know about cap breakers and kinda messed up the whole thing.

First build is 6'6 With dunk 94 , middy 88, ball handle 88 Aiming to get 99, 93, 93 respectively This build also move faster with 86 speed with ball getting gold lightning launch badge. However, this build lacks a bit of block related badges. Basically prioritize offense. ‐------------------------------------------

Second build is 6'7 A bit taller With dunk 94, middy 88 and ball handle 86 Just like first build but lower on ball handle and speed with ball at 83, which means this build doesn't get gold lightning launch badge and ball handle related badges are mostly silver instead of all gold like first build. However, this build are much better at blocking gaining quite a bit of badges in blocking. Basically, sacrifices a bit of speed and dribble for block.

My main activity is 1v1 proving grounds and 3v3 park

If you have any suggestion on which builds I should go for or if I should change anything, please let me know.
