Dynasty Job Offers

I’m in year 5 as OC at LSU and have done pretty good. I’m level 41 with A prestige and have recruiting and motivator maxed out and working on tactician.

In my first year I received a couple of offers but turned them down because I wanted to upgrade my coach more before going to rebuild a small program. Since then I’ve been named coordinator of the year twice, but I haven’t gotten a single job offer at any stage of the coaching carousel.

As anyone else experienced this?
