Silencer shop AOW stamp?

So I pulled some strings with PTR and was able to snag some of the very few releases of The Jack AOW that are in the wild.

My issue is my FFL is a silencershop elite dealer but that want to charge me a chunk to process this guy through their system. Does silencershop let you do form 4 AOWs through them? It would save me a lot, or else this $5 stamp was Linda pointless.

Anyone done this before? I emailed them but they haven't responded to me yet.
