Where to get Fantasy Collectables

Hi all, I'm new and confused. This is probably a stupid question but I'm hoping someone can help clarify. Where do you actually get the fantasy hockey collectables for the juniors cards? Is it just moments? Achievements? Idk and I'm a little lost. Any help appreciated.
