Choppy gameplay, anyone else notice this?

Every so often, my game runs so poorly and stutters. I'm on XB1X. I am on a wired connection. And tbh it has even happened in moments and other offline modes. I thought it was from quick resume so I have been restarting the game if I step away for any extended period. But that's not it.

I just had a rivals game where it ran 100% fine normally but every time I entered the offensive zone it was chewing frames lol. It was still playable but some of my passes right at the time of the stutter would go rocketing it into my own zone. Is it a zone ability or goalie ability that is bugging out? Anyone have any other info on this?
