Hardrive labelled Bitcoin

So I bought a whole lot of electronics at an auction a number of years ago. I specifically bought one box of hard drives because one of them had BTC written on it. I plugged in the hard drive and found only an empty hard drive. It was awhile ago, and I can’t remember if it was even formatted or not.

I’m curious to see if anyone has any ideas that it could possibly be hidden somehow. I know you can hide files, but can you hide a hard drive. Obviously, there is a helpers fee 😉
