When you think you’ve seen terrible jobs but then get this

Just thought I would share this job posting that had me absolutely floored. Thankfully I am already employed and am not even entertaining this but I just simply couldn’t believe this. For context I live in an area where nannies range from 25-30/hour with some families paying up to 35.

Hi Nanny! As of right now, the position is still available. This position would start preferably next Monday. As stated in my post this is an in home baby sitter position, not a nanny position. No house work or cleaning is required except that of to feed the toddler and the 6yr old. It would require you to be at my house by 8:30am Monday through Friday and stay until 6:30 (will probably be earlier most days, depending on my husbands work) with 1 day a week off every 3 weeks. This could also be a part time position with the same hours but you choose the days. My toddler does have lots of anxiety, and spent most of her life home alone with me. I’ve been working away from her for just over a month now so mornings when I leave are a little on the rough side. She does have a pretty good schedule that she follows mostly herself when it comes to nap time. As for the 6yr old, he would need to be put on and off the buss everyday and fed a snack after school.

Since this is not a nanny position, the pay would be $150/week full time and part time pay would depend on how many days you choose to “work” and it would be paid in cash every Friday.
